Well, that's one way to extend the life of satellites, and help mitigate the "space junk" problem. thumbsup If there were some cooperation formed between Effective Space and companies that put up new satellites, one could easily imagine refueling missions, which would become even less expensive, and mean even more new breakthroughs. Smiley Kind of an orbital "gas jockey", so to speak.
