The car looks sexy and the boys seem happy with its design, hoping its going to be as good on the track… role on testing.

The car I want to see now is the Red Bull. Expecting Newey to have dreamed up something amazing, as always.

Some nice pics of the Mclaren there Data, I'm interested by the sculpted part under the nose, if you look closely its very clearly shaped to direct air from under the nose downwards towards the sidepods.

A very interesting feature and I'd like to know how it waorks in practice and what effect it actually has.

I found this link that tries to explain it away:

What do you think?

Wow, thanks DD, very interesting, long and in-depth article there, still trying to take it all in.

First impressions, looks like McLaren might actually have an advantage with it’s “family history of low noses” and somehow getting round the rules but still complying, if that makes sence, a clever bunch of guys, but are they as clever as Mr Newey.

Still digesting but,,,

If nothing else the McLaren is by far the nicest looking car shades, they should get points for that.

I kinda found that website by accident, but glad I did the article is well crafted and thought out, and the diagrams are a really good touch.

Will be interesting to see if the Mclaren exhausts are moved from their current posistion, and it was interesting to note that Mclaren covered up their diffuser while the car was on show, have they got something up their sleeves there as well?Huh?

Good find and very interesting article.

Can't say I read it all and it goes into the Caterham later on but very interesting. Loads on KERS too.
