I wonder why some members seem not interested in Formula One anymore. Grin

The end of the season is very interesting (the whole season was incredible) and Vettel will win the championship or not, it's not important (ok, I'm not a fan but I like him a lot).

But I'm impatient to watch the next GP and... Alonso. I hope the show will be great. And not a lottery. Cheesy

I am still loving the 2012 season GT, and use this part of the website most days, mainly for the links and news feeds.

It's going to be an excellent climax to the season, could Alonso still win? I guess it is possible but the smart money would have to be on Vettel.

I agree with you GT, Vettel is a nice guy, I like him. You didn't hear me say that ok  Wink

Hi Data, thanks for your reply, I was just kidding a bit about the (normal) "Hamiltonmania" of the forum. Glad you enjoy the end of the season. Cool

I didn't watch this weeks GP until after you posted. Caught the late re-run.

It appears to be a 2 horse race for the end with Vettel favorite and Alonso 2nd. Both aiming at their 3rd championship. 13 points difference.

McLaren's have been very lack luster in the last few races with the exception of India. But still too far behind to be in the hunt, even if 1 or both of the top guys have a bad race. Mathematically, even Kimi can only get 248 if he wins the next 3 races. Assuming he wins next week, Vettel needs 9 or more points to guarantee 2nd. 4th (Webber) and 5th (Hamilton) could also but that's not going to happen.

I think I'd rather see Alonso win, Vettel's too dominant. Just think, if Grosjean hadn't taken Alonso (and others) out, it would be really close.
