Re: Vulnerabilities in Intel chips
What I don't get, and what simply makes no sense was that this update that seems to be bricking many AMD systems came with no restore point. Was this just a simple oversight? Or is it part of some plan between M$ and Intel to get users to fork over cash to get new systems? My inner conspiracy theorist is laughing his bum of, at present.

Yeah that was naughty
I see that M$ have withdrawn the patch for AMD powered computers today.

Re: Vulnerabilities in Intel chips
Syber, you do know we are talking about old AMD Athlon chips, the kind of thing you can buy for 20$ these days, it doesn't effect any modern AMD CPU's.
