I'd still be rather concerned about the prospect of tipping over as many three-wheeled vehicles in the past have been prone to do.
Unlikely, it can only do 30mph. There is also a slightly larger 4 wheel version.
I like the idea very much and I can see our towns and cities being full of these in the not too distant future
