$1BN. Yeah right! and the rest. If it could be done for $1BN, it would be underway already. 16 months is a tall order as well. Could possibly do it at 6 months there, 1 year back, as long as they don't stop (i.e. slow down/speed up again)

Worse....imagine being stuck in something the size of a camper van with the ball and chain and nowhere to escape to for 16+ months while only being able to drink recycled pee  Shocked
