This is certainly believable but there always seems to be some sort of "secret ingredient" that is key to the operation.

For something to be produced, something has to be sacrificed/consumed.

Perhaps so many plates per hour/day/week/month, etc. There has to be a measurement unit. More will hopefully come to light soon.
(if it was a real event).

I had just warched this video at You Tube,  I am not sure about this because it looks like he built it on a generator and
it is possible we are being tricked.  Water flowing could produce electricy I'd say  lots of Hydro electric generators around
