Because it's a fleshed out world you get some nice player run events and this one I entered (last year too) has been running for seven years now.

Briefly, it's like an Olympics with races on foot, cross country, horse races and even story telling and music. I think the first Olympics had poetry in it funnily enough. I'd not won anything over the past couple of years. But thanks to my good start in the swimming sprint I managed to claim gold.

My character is Kaylia - she's an Elf. I started the video a little way in for the actual race and you can skip around to about 17:20 to see me get my award  Grin

This video is from the people that make the game (Standing Stone Games) and they are kind enough to do the week long coverage, which is nice.
